I KNOW what it’s like to feel stressed out, exhausted, and stuck in the cycle of trying to “do it all” while watching your health take a back seat.
For years, I was in a corporate career, with long hours, constant deadlines, and the pressure to always perform. On the outside, everything looked great. But inside, I was burned out, inflamed, and frustrated that all the things that used to work for me, skipping breakfast, trying the latest diet, pushing harder at the gym, weren’t cutting it anymore. As I approached perimenopause my body was changing, my energy was crashing, and I was ready to feel like ME again.
That’s when I took a deep dive into wellness and understand how the toxins in our food, products, and environment impact our hormones, energy, and aging. I went on to earn my Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I learned to bridge science-backed health with a realistic, sustainable lifestyle approach.
Now, I help women, 35 and beyond, cut through the health noise, ditch the fads, and find what actually works for their bodies. My approach is rooted in clean living, balanced nutrition, and strength from the inside out.
Aging well isn’t about perfection, it’s about feeling vibrant, confident, and in control of your health at every stage of life.
